Studio Process

1. Initial Enquiry
Following your initial enquiry we will arrange a time to get together in person or by video call to discuss the project in more detail.
2. Discuss Brief
We will discuss all aspects of the brief, cover style guide choices, estimated shot count and agree timescales.
3. Quote & Sign off
Once the rate has been agreed and the dates confirmed, a 30% deposit will be required to secure the booking.
4. Send Products
It's time to send your samples using a courier of your choice. Products will be checked in individually and added to the sample tracker before being stored in a secure storage facility until the time of the shoot.
5. Shoot Products
Products will be prepped by myself and a stylist before being carefully arranged on set. We will follow the pre-agreed style guide preferences and keep in contact throughout the shoot to address any additional queries.
6. Post Production
Once the images have been shot and the selects chosen, they will be processed and retouched to your specification.
7. Deliver Images
The preview files will be uploaded in your chosen format and transferred by cloud link or large file transfer depending on your preference.
8. Finishing
Once the preview images have been reviewed, you have the opportunity to request any adjustments or reshoots. When this process is complete the final high resolution images will be delivered.
9. Return Samples
Product samples will be returned via courier within five working days of completion.
10. Payment
Once the images have been delivered and the shoot concluded, you will receive an invoice for the final balance which will be due within 14 days of receipt.
