A clear record of your permission to appear in photography and video created for Shoots & Stories or one of our client projects.

Your details

Taking part

By completing this form, you confirm that you are happy to take part as a model or participant in the photography and/or filming described above.

Depending on the project, this may include:

• still photography

• video footage

• behind-the-scenes photography or video

• social media content

• promotional or campaign imagery

• e-commerce or website imagery

Permission to use the content

You give Shoots & Stories Ltd permission to photograph, film and/or record you during this shoot and to select, edit, retouch, crop and otherwise prepare the resulting content for its intended use.

Content may be used by Shoots & Stories Ltd and, where a client or brand is named above, supplied to that organisation for use in connection with the project.

This may include use across:

• websites and e-commerce platforms

• social media

• organic digital marketing

• printed marketing materials

• brochures, leaflets and point-of-sale materials

• PR and publicity

• presentations

• portfolios and case studies

• behind-the-scenes content

• exhibitions or displays connected with the project

Client or brand use

Where this shoot has been commissioned by a named client or brand, photographs and video may be supplied to them as part of the agreed project.

Paid advertising

Use in paid advertising is treated separately from general website, social media and promotional use.

Editing and retouching

You understand that photographs and video may be professionally edited as part of the production process.

This may include adjustments to colour, lighting, composition and cropping, as well as appropriate photographic retouching.

Content will not intentionally be altered in a way that is misleading, defamatory or substantially changes the nature of your participation.

Indentification

Unless otherwise agreed, you do not need to be identified by name when photographs or video are published.

Compensation

Any separate agreement regarding rates, expenses, image delivery or other compensation remains unaffected by this release.

Duration and future use

Content may continue to be displayed or used as part of materials created for the project unless a separate usage period has been agreed in writing.

Where a specific usage term, territory or restriction has been agreed for a commercial project, that agreement takes priority over the general permissions in this form.

Where Shoots & Stories Ltd is relying on your consent for a particular use, you can ask us to stop future use of that material.

Please be aware that content already printed, published, distributed, supplied to an authorised client or shared by third parties may not always be possible to completely recall.

Any specific contractual usage rights already agreed as part of a paid commercial modelling arrangement may be governed by that separate agreement.
