We want everyone appearing in our work to understand how their image, voice and contribution may be used. Please read the information below and only give permission if you are comfortable doing so.

During this activity, photographs, video and/or audio recordings may be made of you.

You are free to choose whether or not to take part and can ask for filming or recording to stop at any point.

Permission to use the content

With your permission, the photographs, video, audio and/or contribution captured may be selected, edited and used by Shoots & Stories Ltd for purposes connected with its work and projects.

This may include:

• websites and online portfolios

• Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and other social media

• reels, short-form and long-form video

• promotional and marketing materials

• printed materials

• exhibitions, events and presentations

• press and publicity

• funding, partnership and project proposals

• behind-the-scenes content

• showreels, case studies and portfolio use
  

Content may be cropped, colour corrected, edited or combined with other material as part of the finished work. Where spoken contributions are edited, we will aim to preserve the meaning and context of what you have said.

Client or partner use

If a client, organisation or project partner is named at the top of this form, content may also be supplied to them for use in connection with the project for which it was created.

Changing your mind

If you change your mind, you can contact Shoots & Stories Ltd at hello@shootsandstories.com to withdraw your consent.

If you withdraw consent, we will stop making new uses of the material where our use is based on your consent and will remove it from channels under our control where reasonably possible.

Please be aware that material which has already been printed, distributed, published by third parties, shared by other users or incorporated into completed materials may not always be capable of being completely recalled.
